Quick Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 good sized tart apples, peeled and sliced
    butter size of walnuts
    4 tsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat together butter, flour and egg.
    Add milk.
    Pour mixture over apples which are placed in a baking dish.
    Bake for about one hour at 350\u00b0.
