Chocolate Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Ham meat doesn't fry much, so put grease in with it when you fry it.
    Take the meat out and pour the grease in a bowl. Sprinkle sugar on the hot frying pan.
    Pour about 1/2 cup of water on skillet.
    It will fry like lightning, so just cook it until it is hot, about 1 minute.
    Pour it over the grease in the bowl and that is where you get \"red eye.\"
