Five-Cup Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. crushed pineapple or tidbits, drained
    1 c. shredded or flaked coconut
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. mandarin oranges, halved and drained
    1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
