Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked pie crust
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Line pie plate with pastry.
    Set in refrigerator until ready to be filled.
    Combine sugar, 2 tablespoons of the flour and salt. Add slightly beaten egg yolks.
    Add rhubarb.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over bottom of crust; fill crust with rhubarb mixture.
    Set in preheated oven and bake.
    Beat 2 egg whites until stiff and add 4 tablespoons of sugar for meringue.
    Spread on pie when done and brown in oven at 325\u00b0.
