Impossible Zucchini Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. chopped tomato (I like Italian tomato)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate 1 1/2 inches deep.
    Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese into the pie plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, about 15 seconds in a blender on high or for about 1 minute with mixer.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
    Makes 6 servings.
