Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup shortening
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    2 cup flour
    1 cup nuts, chopped fine
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening.
    Add powdered sugar and beat together.
    Add flour, salt, vanilla and nuts.
    (Mixture is stiff.) Break into small pieces and roll in hand to make small balls.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
    Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
