Pfeffernuse - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 oz. box citron, chopped
3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Pinch off and roll with hands about the size of an English walnut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
Better when kept for several weeks in an airtight container before eating.
