Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 carrots, cut lengthwise and peeled
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix water, horseradish, chopped onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; pour mixture over carrots.
    Mix crumbs, butter and paprika and sprinkle over the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
