Sauteed Tomato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium (firm) ripe tomatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Wash
    tomatoes;
    cut
    stem
    ends
    off.\tMix
    flour
    and seasonings.
    Cut tomatoes in 1/2-inch slices; dredge in flour. Saute in salad oil until brown on both sides, turning once.
