Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian-style tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine 1/3 cup tomatoes, breadcrumbs and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
    Add ground beef; mix well.
    Pat mixture into an 8 x 8 x 3/4-inch square on a piece of foil.
