Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 rounded Tbsp. flour
    pinch of cloves (very teensy bit)
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can pumpkin
    3 c. milk (canned and half and half mixed)
Preparation
    Put first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Add eggs, vanilla, pumpkin and milk.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when tested.
    Makes 3 pies.
