Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried red beans
    1 3/4 c. chicken stock
    1 c. drained, crushed, canned tomatoes
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    4 oz. ham or sweet turkey sausage
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 c. cooked white rice
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil, place the beans in the pot, stir.
    Turn off stove.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine stock, tomatoes, water, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves and salt.
    Drain beans and add to mixture.
    Add ham or sausage, onion and garlic; bring to a boil.
    Place in Dutch oven or covered casserole dish.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours until beans are tender.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
