Low Cholesterol Breakfast Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground turkey
1/4 tsp. each: pepper, basil, sage and oregano
1/8 tsp. each: allspice, nutmeg, dill weed, garlic powder and chili powder (optional)
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into 4 patties and place on a rack in a shallow pan.
Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn patties and broil 5 to 10 minutes or until done.
