Crawfish Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
    1 c. sweet milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 large can creamed corn
    1 large onion, grated
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (more if needed)
Preparation
    Combine and mix above ingredients.
    Prepare skillet or pan for cornbread by greasing and sprinkling with meal and let brown. Pour batter into skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
