Ruth'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Stove Top stuffing for pork
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. medium sausage, browned and drained
1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 regular can golden mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread stuffing in bottom of pan and sprinkle season packet on top.
Next layer cheese over stuffing. Then put your sausage on top of cheese.
Mix next five ingredients and pour on top of sausage.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
If gets too brown before baking time is up, put Reynolds Wrap on top loosely.
