Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour (2 plain, 1 self-rising)
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter well; add sugar and cream with butter.
    Add eggs one at a time; beat in mixture well.
    Add flour and milk and add the flavoring.
    Bake in steeple pan in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool and remove from pan.
