Barbecue Sauce Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. lean ground round
    3/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce
    1/3 c. orange marmalade
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    For meat balls, combine egg and milk.
    Beat well.
    Stir in bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, garlic powder and meat.
    Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
    Combine barbecue sauce, orange marmalade and water.
    Stir in drained meat balls after they have been baked.
    I use the plain thick original barbecue sauce. Pepper to taste.
    These can be frozen also.
