Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. sausage
 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. instant rice
3/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
- 
                            In large skillet, fry sausage and onion; drain. Add celery and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rice, water and mushroom soup. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
 
Shredded cheese can be added last 15 minutes if desired.
