Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 chicken
 
2 c. chicken broth
2 stems celery
1 small onion
1 stick oleo
1 box Stove Top stuffing
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
- 
                            Boil chicken; cool, skin and debone.
 
Measure and keep 2 cups chicken broth.
Dice celery and onion; melt oleo and mix the Stove Top stuffing.
Mix together sour cream and chicken soup.
