Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients; add eggs and vanilla.
Mix the rest. Roll in golf ball size and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart and flatten.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 9 to 12 minutes.
