Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. soda
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat well the oil, eggs and sugar, about 2 1/2 minutes. Gradually add flour.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter in an ungreased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tests done.
