Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in milk, peanut butter, oil and vanilla until smooth.
Spread mixture into square 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Stir together in small bowl brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
Sprinkle this mixture over batter in pan.
Pour hot water over the top of brown sugar, cocoa mixture but do not stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
To serve, spoon each serving upside down into dessert dishes.
Spoon sauce over top.
Best served warm.
