London Broil Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. olive oil
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 small onion, sliced
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients; pour over steaks.
Let stand in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
Turn once or twice.
Allow meat to stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour before putting on grill.
Baste with the marinade while grilling.
