Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. mayo
    2 eggs
    small onion, chopped
    6 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar
    3/4 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/3 to 1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except Ritz crackers and melted butter.
    Pour mixture into casserole baking dish.
    Crush crackers, melt butter and mix together.
    Put crackers on top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Great side dish!
