Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size ripe avocado
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. bottled red pepper seasoning
    1 large tomato, peeled, chopped and drained
Preparation
    Halve avocado, peel, pit and mash in a medium-sized bowl (approximately 1 cup).
    Blend in remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly and chill.
    (Dip will keep its bright color several hours.)
