Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. shake and blend flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. low-fat milk
    6 slices lite cheese (American and/or Swiss)
Preparation
    Place
    butter in a 2-cup measure or small bowl.
    Microwave on High
    for
    20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
    Stir in flour
    and salt
    until smooth.
    Slowly blend in milk.\tMicrowave,
    uncovered, on High for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until thickened.
    Stir occasionally.
    Tear cheese into small pieces and
    stir
    into thickened
    sauce.
    If
    cheese
    does not melt, microwave on High 15 seconds or until melted.
