Meringue Baskets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat whites, cream of tartar, salt, vinegar and vanilla until peaks form.
    Slowly add sugar.
    Bake on greased cookie
    sheet at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Leave in oven until cool with the door closed. Makes 9 big ones or 13 to 14 small ones.
