Baked Egg And Chili Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread, crust removed
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 to 4 fresh green chilies, chopped
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Butter bread and cut into cubes.
    Layer bread cubes, cheese and chilies in buttered casserole dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread cubes, cheese and chilies.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, covered, 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven. Remove cover and bake 5 minutes more or until puffy and set.
