Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Beat egg with milk and add to dry mixture.
Knead out lightly and wrap tight, chill in refrigerator.
Roll dough thin.
Fill with cooked dry fruit of your choice.
Fry in cooking oil at 375\u00b0.
