Banana Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3 Tbsp. white sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 can peanuts
bananas
Preparation

Beat egg.
Add sugar, stirring until smooth.
Add vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Let cool.
Grind nuts moderately fine.
Peel bananas and cut into thirds.
Dip each slice in the peanuts.
