Stuffed Mushrooms(Yield: 16 Mushrooms) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 medium sized fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs (about 3 slices)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crumbled
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
    Remove and chop stems fine.
    You should have about 1/2 cup.
    Put butter, chopped mushrooms, onion and pepper in a medium size bowl.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in bread crumbs and seasoning.
    Spoon into mushroom caps, mounding slightly.
