White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    6 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and sugar.
    Add warm water.
    Add flour and salt, working as much flour in as needed to make a smooth dough.
    Put in a large greased bowl and let rise 20 minutes.
    Punch down and let rise again until doubled.
    Make into loaves and let rise again. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until done.
