Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cans tomato paste
6 cans water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large can chili beans
1 can kidney beans
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
salt and pepper to your taste
Preparation

Brown meat. Add onion and saute until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water and garlic. Simmer for 20 minutes, then add the beans and chili seasoning.
Simmer for 15 minutes more. Top with grated cheese when served.
