Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes, freshly cooked and still warm
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, blend softened butter with warm sweet potatoes.
    Add remaining filling ingredients and beat in mixer at low speed until mixture is smooth.
    Pour into pie shell and bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
