Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. soda
approximately 2 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup and water together in heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat to 250\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Add butter, vanilla and soda and stir briskly.
Pour over popped corn. Squeeze together while warm into balls.
