Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large cabbage leaves
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    2 c. hot water
    1 qt. tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.
    Combine all the ingredients, except water and tomatoes.
    Spoon the meat mixture into the cabbage leaves and roll-up and fasten with a toothpick.
    Pour tomatoes and water over rolls.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
