Cinnamon Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in 2 tablespoons butter with a pastry blender until well blended.
    Beat 1/4 cup butter; gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
    Add egg; beat well.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Mix just until blended after each addition.
    Pour batter into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
