Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil. Beat until combined.
Add dry ingredients.
Beat until well combined.
Spread batter in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
Cut into bars.
Makes 25 (2 x 3-inch) servings.
