Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 chicken breasts, boiled until tender and cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    3 Tbsp. salsa or taco sauce (mild)
    1 small jar pimentos
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can water
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated or enough to cover top of casserole
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 stick margarine in baking casserole dish.
    Mix in soup, water and rice.
    Mix well.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in remaining margarine.
    Mix all remaining ingredients and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Broil until slightly brown on top.
