Sweet-Sour Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
32 oz. canned sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
Preparation

Mix sugar, vinegar and oil together until sugar dissolves. Combine sauerkraut and vegetables in large container.
Pour dressing over vegetables, cover and refrigerate.
Serve well chilled.
