Summer Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 - 10 fresh Roma tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    Fresh basil leaves, torn into pieces
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 lb. Fusilli or spiral shaped pasta
    grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    At least an hour ahead, combine the first five ingredients and refrigerate.
    Can be done the day ahead to allow the flavors to blend.
    To serve:
    Cook pasta according to directions until al dente. Drain.
    Toss with cold tomato mixture.
    Top with grated cheese. Serve immediately.
