Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green onion tops
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated cheese
Preparation

Mix stuffing, margarine and water together lightly.
Put half of mixture in a buttered 9 x 13-inch loaf pan.
Mix chicken, onion, green onion tops, celery, mayonnaise and salt thoroughly. Spread in casserole over bread mixture.
Top with remaining bread mixture.
