Gnocchi Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen gnocchi
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 pt. heavy cream
    1 slice honey-baked ham (1/4 inch thick)
    1 medium size can peas
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil spice
    2 pkg. frozen butternut squash
    2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    4 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise 1/8 inch thick
    6 to 8 eggs
    6 to 8 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except zucchini) well with a fork.
    Wash zucchini, slice them while wet and flour them.
    Put 1 or 2 zucchini slices in egg mixture at a time.
    Cover them completely with egg mixture.
