No-Fat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can white beans
    1/2 c. fresh parsley leaves
    1/3 c. fresh cilantro leaves
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. coriander
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Drain beans.
    Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth.
    Serve pretzels or fat-free chips or crackers.
    Makes 2 cups.
