Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. diced apples
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and vanilla thoroughly in mixer.
    Sift flour, salt, sugar and soda in separate bowl.
    Add egg and oil mixture and stir with spoon until well mixed.
    Add buttermilk, then add apples and nuts.
    Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes in large flat pan or 1 hour and 20 minutes in tube pan.
