Aztec Tomato Sauté - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar (sub)
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. chili seasoning
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onions until tender.
    Add tomatoes and corn.
    Mix well.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, parsley flakes and chili seasoning.
    Simmer 5 minutes more.
    Makes 3/4 cup.
