Shrimp Toast Pupu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shrimp, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. pork fat
    4 Tbsp. water chestnut, chopped
    1 Tbsp. wine (sherry)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    chopped onion
    4 slices bread (old)
Preparation
    Mix altogether except bread.
    Cut bread into fourths, square or triangles.
    Trim off crust.
    Spread mixture on bread and deep fry shrimp side down first, then turn over and cook until brown.
