Jam Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. raspberry or strawberry preserves
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut cream cheese and margarine into biscuit mix until crumbly. Blend in 1/3 cup milk.
    Turn onto floured surface; knead 8 to 10 strokes.
    On waxed paper roll into 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
    Turn onto greased baking sheet; remove paper.
    Spread with preserves. Make 2 1/4 inch cuts at 1 inch intervals on long sides.
    Fold strips over filling.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
