Mexican White Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Great Northern white beans
    3/4 c. salsa or more to taste
    cooked cubed chicken (optional)
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix unrinsed, undrained beans with salsa in large pot or crock-pot.
    Add chicken, if desired.
    Simmer at least one hour (the longer the better) or in crock-pot all day.
    Add milk, a little at a time if needed, if too thick.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and serve with tortilla chips.
