Butterscotch Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 beaten egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the flour, sugar and salt thoroughly.
    Bring milk to scalding and gradually add the dry ingredients, stirring constantly.
    Cook over hot water stirring often until thick.
    Add the butter and egg yolks and cook 2 minutes longer.
    Cool and add the vanilla.
